Kat Alexander, EYT+ (She/They) has been teaching Kripalu Vinyasa combined with inspirations from Katonah Yoga since 2011. As a year round island resident Kat is dedicated to expanding her practice and teachings to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. She believes that yoga, movement, breath, and meditation are for everyBODY. The hour-long class style is intentional, strategic, and grounding: sometimes subtle, sometimes lively, always powerful.
